You cannot enter a room without going through the door. If you can do otherwise, you are a spirit of some sort.

You can’t enter a room legitimately without been granted access.

Out of the Seven Churches recorded in the Book of  Revelation which are Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamus, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea. The Philadelphian Church is the one I’ll use as the background of this article. The name means “brotherly love” and implies the Revival Church. Out of the Seven Churches 2(two) had no condemnation charges, one of such is the Philadelphian Church.

The city was built as a center of Greek culture around 200BC. It was celebrated for its excellent wine. The city had a heavy Jewish population. It was destroyed by an earthquake in AD 17, but soon rebuilt by Tiberius Caesar.

Christ commended the the Church at Philadelphia for two reasons.

1.       You openly confess to the inspiration of the Word of God

2.      You openly confess to the incarnation of the son of God, by not denying His name.

Considering the very fact that they’d kept the word of His patience. How many of us are patient enough to allow the word of God to perfect all that concerns us by God in His time? The Philadelphians did. When you are patient, the doors will be wide open for you to enter in God’s own good time.

There are four doors available to a believer;

1.       The door of service (Rev. 3:8; Acts 14:27)

2.      Door of human heart (Rev. 3:20)

3.       The door of rapture (Rev. 4:1)

4.      The door of the second coming (Rev. 19:11)

Of the four, the first one is related to our study. The door of service. If God does not open the door of service to you, you can’t enter no where. Only God can do that for you, only Him can open that door that has been shut by the keys of wickedness, unbelief, doubt, and sheer inhumanity to man. Jesus has the key of David to access all the regal privilege that every child of God is entitled to as a Royal-Priesthood. When He opens no one can shut, when He shuts no one can open.

Jesus said in John 10:9

“I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Something very interesting you need to know is that; Jesus both holds the key and is the door.

All that is needed of you entering. Enter through the door, that door is Christ. Some tried entering through philosophy and mysticism. They will be flushed out. God will flush them out. Such ones are the ones that Christ declare to them “I know you not.”

We need to understand that, once God’s word has tested our patience the next thing is promotion. The word of God tried Joseph, David, Daniel and his friends, before the door were widely opened to them to become prime ministers, and presidents in their realms.

When God opens doors for you, you owe nobody an explanation to enter. Sometimes it will take you turning the door knob to enter. Or it might take you pushing the door. Read this, “The signpost on the door of opportunity is called push.”

Like the Philadelphian Church, God might have set the doors open for you, I charge you to enter into all the facets of life that God has provided for you.

Now! Go enter your Room!!
