All the massive Rose flowers you see are sugar. Each petal is sugar icing. The size of this cake is rated with the Gas cooker at the background. It was still in the kitchen before the client took it away. Lesson learnt after making this cake: The entrance had to be dismantled in order to take the cake out. It costs some good 6 figures to make this cake. Order for something like this if you have a major occasion to remember. |
