Archbishop
Milner was born September 11, 1965 to the late Claudia F. Kelly and
Wylie Milner in Philadelphia, PA. He matriculated through the
Philadelphia public school systems.
Archbishop
Milner came to know the Lord Jesus as his personal savior, in June of
1979 and attended the West Oak Lane Church of God, under the leadership
of Bishop Horace Sheppard Sr.
Archbishop
Milner has attended the following Ministerial Schools: Evening Light
Bible Institute, Philadelphia, PA ; Rhema Bible Training Center
Correspondence, of Tulsa, OK ; Word of Faith School of Ministry,
Philadelphia PA ; Jameson Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, PA ;
Virginia Union Seminary ; St. Columbia Seminary, New Rochelle, NY.
The Following
Degrees have been conferred upon Archbishop Milner: Bachelor of Arts
Degrees in Theology and an earned Masters of Divinity Degree; Doctorate
Degree in Ministry and in Biblical Theology; Doctor of Philosophy Degree
and an earned Ph.D. One Doctor of Sacred Theology Degree and one Doctor
of Religious Studies Degree. And a lot of other papers to the glory of
God.
Dr. Milner has
obtained the following Ministerial Experience, He was Ordained into the
Gospel Ministry November 9, 1986. He was Affirmed by a Coalition of
Apostles. He was Consecrated To the Sacred office of The
Bishopric, He Serves as the Founder and International Presiding Primate
of the Yeshua Embassy Network of Churches, And he Was Elevated to the
office of the Archbishop, Archbishop was Elected Patriarch by the
Independent Catholic Union (now defunct) And The Election Of The
Y.E.N.O.C College of Bishops.

Milner has held the following Ministerial Positions: Assistant Pastor of
the Greater Straightway Baptist Church(1985); Assistant Pastor of
Deliverance Church of Compassion (1987); Assistant Pastor of the Faith
and Deliverance Church of God In Christ(1991); Senior Pastor and Teacher
of Refreshing Springs Evangelistic Ministry(1991); Senior Pastor and
Teacher of the Vision of Hope Church of God In Christ(1992).

Milner now serves as the Senior Elder and Teacher of the Zoe Life Church
International, since the year 2000. Three Churches have been Planted.

Yeshua is a Hebrew word, which is Jesus in English and means Savior.
Therefore, Yeshua Embassy Network of Churches simply means Jesus Embassy
Network of Churches and Ministries.
Yeshua Embassy Network of Churches and Ministries is a vision of the
people of Jesus Christ, with a mandate to save the world; purchased by
His precious blood, called to God’s service with open heartedness in
holiness and righteousness by means of networking, to bring potential
men and women of God together for righteousness, joy, by means of the
purpose of imparting lives with the reign of Christ in every home,
family, tribe, Church, office, profession, business, association,
community, city and nations according to the book of Malachi 1:11.
We realize that in every man lies a divine potential that is capable
of making him fulfilled; and also serve God in his maximum capacity, we
believe in transforming people’s talent into potential implement of
success and realization.
Why the word "Embassy"?
Jesus is known as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The earth belongs
to Him and He has delegated His Church to rule in His name. Since we are
still here on earth we are expected as divines and Children of the same
Kingdom to exert His will on earth. We as His representatives are His
ambassadors on earth. He has given us the custody of His PEACE to share
and rule with. Because, where there is no peace there cannot be
progress. Where there is no progress the will of God cannot be
accomplished. The whole world is the Embassy of our great God and Savior,
Lord and King Jesus Christ.
All nations on earth have an embassy around the world which
represents what they stand for and promote.
As an Embassy this will promote the reality of the fulfillment of the
end-time prophecy in Daniel 2:44, that God’s kingdom will overtake every
other human kingdoms, systems of government, philosophies and
ideologies.Only this name can promote the Jewish idea of Solomon sitting
on the Lord’s throne in order to rule the Kingdom of Israel in the name
of the Lord. I Chronicles 29:23,25, " Then Solomon sat on the throne of
the Lord as King instead of David his father, and prospered; and all
Israel obeyed him. And the Lord magnified Solomon exceedingly in the
sight of all Israel, and bestowed upon him such royal majesty as had not
been on any king before him in Israel."
We believe that it is time for the true Israel of God (His Church) to
fulfill Haggai 2:21-23
"Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying, I will shake the
heavens and the earth; and I will overthrow the throne of kingdoms, and
I will destroy the strength of the kingdoms of the heathen; and I will
overthrow the chariots, and those that ride in them; and the horses and
their riders shall come down, every one by the sword of his brother. In
that day, saith the Lord of hosts, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel, my
servant, the son of Shealtiel, saith the Lord, and will make thee as a
signet: for I have chosen thee, saith the Lord of hosts."
All ambassadors of Yeshua Embassy are God’s signet ring in their
various nations of residence. We believe that Zerubbabel here symbolizes
and represents God’s instrument of governance and through His Church He
will root out all heathen government on earth.
And before Jesus Christ returns, we believe that through the
instrument of this Embassy, The Kingdoms of this world will become the
Kingdom of our Lord and of His Messiah; and He shall reign forever and
ever." Rev. 11:15

Another word that is Biblically legitimate is to call the Embassy, "Yeshua’s
Branch". This will then fulfill the prophecy in Zechariah 6:12 " And
speak unto him, saying, Behold the man whose name is The Branch; and he
shall grow up out of his place, and he shall build the temple of the
Lord: Even he shall build the temple of the Lord; and he shall bear the
glory, and shall sit and rule upon his throne; and he shall be a priest
upon his throne: and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.And
the crowns shall be to Helem, and to Tobijah, and to Jedaiah, and to Hen
the son of Zephaniah, for a memorial in the temple of the Lord. And they
that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the Lord, and ye
shall know that the Lord of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall
come to pass, if ye will diligently obey the voice of the Lord your God.
A memorial is something or an event that should keep us in
remembrance of a thing or an event that has occurred or that will occur.
Now we know that the Temple has not yet been build in its full glory in
what it stands for in restoring the glory back into the Kingdom of God,
both literal in relation to divided Kingdom of Israel and the divided
Church of our Lord Jesus (Yeshua) Christ.
Why is it a Network?
Just as a functional city must have a well networked roads,
communication, and other facilities so also this ministry aims to
achieve the objective of uniting the universal body of Jesus Christ.
There are so many Churches and Ministries, but few platforms exists to
make them function effectively. Not minding whether it is a House Church
or a Mass Church. So many don’t even have credible Apostolic covering
for accountability and Patriarchal blessing. This network intends to
build a synergy in order for members to pull their resources together.
We help in granting ministries Apostolic covering with legal credentials
for them to run and operate legitimate ministries in their local
communities. Some ministries are so small that they don’t have a
hearing, in other words they are not a voice in their community. This
network seeks to make their voice to be heard in their community and
around the world.
Who presides over this Network?
The Network is presided over by the Patriarch, Archbishop Dr. Ambrose
Joseph Milner PhD as the International President and Archbishop Dr.
Richard Ngozi Innocent PhD as the African presiding Primate, Archbishop
Dr. Erwin Onrejas, as the Primate of Asia.Other members include Apostle
Dr. Genesis A. Dawuda, KSA,DD,. Bishop Dr. James Abraham, Lagos, And so

What are the visions and objectives of the Network?
- To bring men and women of vision, called by God in a network to
enable them draw the hand of God in Africa and beyond for the
fulfillment of Isaiah 19:19-end

established all over the world.
- To hold a rotational convention annually. Such conventions will be
a gathering of faithful leaders at such places that will be convenient
for all the members.
- To hold quarterly (1/4) state conventions annually.
- To hold a continental world convention once every two(2) years.
- To project Ministers of the gospel to new heights of attainments
in the Christian world.
- To be involved in God’s mission of taking the gospel to every
tribe, that His righteousness may reign everywhere among the heathen.
- To make you realize that you are important in the history of the
Church in this generation.

We believe in all that the Apostle’s Creed, the Nicene Creed and
the Reform Faith stands for in promoting the common objective first
century Church and all that it means in preparing the Church for the
Second coming of Christ.

The greatest problem of the Church, family, city, nation or
continent is not to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior but to
recognize their God-given ability to move forward after accepting Him.

ordained by God with the ability to speak life into any dead system.
You need to understand that you are God’s battle-axe in your tribe

plant His Kingdom and reign in your family, etc.
What is the criteria for Ordination?
All those who have had a formal Theological training from any
reputable Ministry or School and those who have had a life experience
on the Job may be qualified for ordination and credentialing. As long
as they have a strong and rich doctrinal foundation.
Conditions/Qualification for Membership
Any person or denomination intending to be a member:
- Must complete an application form correctly in bold letters
- Must be a Christian preacher belonging to one of the five-fold
ministry. (Eph.4:12)
- Must have a good report or testimony.(1Tim.3:7)
- Must realize God’s call in his/her life, be a founder of a church
or ministry or otherwise tender a recommendation or approval letter
from his or her senior pastor.
- For credibility purposes, he/she should have two pastors as
referees.
- Shall tender his/her church’s article of faith and confession.
- Should present two-page note about his/her conversion and call
into the ministry.
- Should present your church/ministry’s short term goal (1-3) years
and long term goals, so that the association would know the areas it
could assist or give counsel.
- Pay a registration fee of N3,000.00 or $50.00 if you are
registering from other countries.
- Pay your dues as agreed in your state or zone of Yeshua Embassy
Network of Churches.
- Must attend all seminars/programs/conference/convention or
otherwise obtain permission from your state coordinator for not
attending or send a representative.
- You can apply for Independent Church Charter status if you don’t
want to be accountable to us.
